Warning! This statement focusing on the implementation of democracy, human rights, and gender equality in the Middle East:

A Path Forward for the Middle East.

The Middle East, a region rich in history and culture, faces complex challenges in its pursuit of democracy, human rights, and gender equality. While progress has been made in some areas, significant hurdles remain.

However, this multilateral approach examines the key aspects of these interconnected issues and shape a path forward.

Let's acknowledge together, that this statement holds in the implementation of democracy, a path forward to integrate human rights and gender equality in the Middle East.

Despite progresses and obstacles, but today in the name of the global democracy, we're way to establish possibilities of reconciliation and sustainable development to work with the region; which is perpetually going through pivotal events in our world history.

At priori, this multilateralist initiative is resulted in the formalization of the " No Scramble for MidEast" where all nations in the continent of Africa, America, Asia and Europe agreed on rules that set upwardly according to, the UN Charter and the International Law which are conducted and evolved  toward the principles of national sovereinghty, territorial integrity and self determination.

These rules mostly included the principle of "effective global decolonization," which is indispensably allowed that multilateral power to claim a suspension of  human rights violations, territorial integrity violation,  authoritarian and oligarchy's belligerency in state's affairs, war aggression, war crimes, genocide case and all abuses of power perpetuated in some areas of the Middle East.

Main Targets

The UN Human Rights Council and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) are key organs addressing human rights and climate change, respectively.

The main goal to implement this multilateral initiative, sets on  two pillars to get placed as cornerstones.

The first pillar sets on diplomacy for resolutions to regain occupied territories,  states solution and the respect of national sovereinghty according to the International Law which prohibits the violation of these procedures.

Second pillar sets on the violation of these procedures which had established permanent conflicts in the Middle East, such as through authoritarianism, oligarchy's administration, military control, or economic activity.

This had always led to rapid war aggression and often brutal division of the Middle East between nations.

However, we have forwardly organized  the case of "United Middle East for Democracy"' which has brought together representatives from Arab  nations, United Nations, European nations and NGO's committees to regulate the implementation of democracy, human rights and gender equality in the Middle East.

Otherwise this  path forward remains to avoid conflict among countries of the Middle East, as they had unfortunately sought to expand their influence and control over the region.

Democratic Leadership

"Democracy Building Strong Foundations

Establishing robust democratic institutions is essential for ensuring human rights and gender equality. "

This includes first of all the establishment of the Rule of Law.

Rule of Law is key resource, it evolves on state sovereinghty, respect for human fundamental rights, free and fair elections.

Regular electorate reform and transparent elections are crucial to implement democracy.

Electoral processes must be free from manipulation and allow for genuine political participation.

Rule of Law remains an independent judiciary and the equal application of laws which are very fundamental.

This protects citizens' rights and prevents conflicts and abuses of power in the Middle East.

A Path Forward

Freedom of Expression and Assembly:

Allowing citizens in all countries over the region to voice their opinions, organize peacefully, and criticize the government is vital for accountability and progress.

Implementing democracy in the Middle East is a complex challenge with no easy answers. It requires addressing several key factors.

First, promoting democratic values and institutions through education, civil society development, and free and fair elections is essential. However, this needs to be done in a way that respects local cultures and traditions.

Second, economic development and social justice are critical. Poverty, inequality, and lack of opportunity can fuel instability and undermine democratic efforts.

Third, external actors can play a role by supporting democratic movements, but it's important to avoid imposing outside solutions.

Finally, regional cooperation and dialogue are needed to address conflicts and promote stability.

The path to democracy in the Middle East is a long and difficult one, but it's possible with sustained effort and commitment from both within and outside the region.

  • Diplomacy and Dialogue

Supporting independent civil society organizations (CSOs) is essential. CSOs play a vital role in monitoring human rights, advocating for reforms, and empowering citizens.

Bringing regional peace to the Middle East is an incredibly complex challenge, but here are some potential and multifaceted approaches.

    *   Protection from Torture and ill-Treatment: Upholding the dignity of all individuals.

    *   Rights of Minorities: Safeguarding the rights of ethnic, religious, and other minority groups.

Gender Equality: Empowering Women and Girls

"Gender equality is not only a human right but also essential for societal progress. Gender equality means that everyone, regardless of their gender, has the same rights, responsibilities, and opportunities. It's about fairness and ensuring that no one is held back because of their gender. This includes equal access to resources, opportunities, and decision-making power in all areas of life, such as education, employment, healthcare, and political representation. Gender equality is not just a women's issue; it benefits everyone by creating a more just and inclusive society. It's a fundamental human right and is essential for sustainable development and peace."

    Challenges and Opportunities

The path towards democracy, human rights, and gender equality in the Middle East is fraught with challenges:

    *   Authoritarianism: Many countries in the region have authoritarian regimes that suppress dissent and restrict freedoms.

    *   Conflict and Instability: Ongoing conflicts and instability hinder progress and create environments where human rights abuses are common.

    *   Socio-Cultural Factors: Traditional social norms and cultural practices can sometimes impede gender equality and human rights.

    *   External Interference: Foreign interference can destabilize countries and undermine democratic processes.

Despite these challenges, there are opportunities for progress:

    *   Growing Awareness: Increased awareness of human rights and gender equality issues among the population.

    *   Youth Activism: The emergence of youth-led movements advocating for change.

    *   International Support: Continued support from international organizations and governments.

    *   Economic Diversification: Economic reforms that can create opportunities for women and promote inclusive growth.

    Conclusion

Achieving democracy, human rights, and gender equality in the Middle East requires sustained effort from governments, civil society, and the international community. By focusing on building strong democratic institutions, protecting human rights, empowering women, and addressing the root causes of conflict and inequality, the region can move towards a more just and prosperous future. The outcomes of the Middle East crisis had profound and lasting impacts on global community. The region is eventually carved up without regard for the existing cultures, languages, or political boundaries from the Mid-East people to other regions.

This led to the artificial creation of borders that often divided ethnic groups and brought together rival groups under a single colonial administration. These issues set the stage for decades of colonial rule, exploitation, and conflict, shaping the political and social landscape of the Middle East for generations to come. While the region faces a complex division from politics to cultures, from humanitarian aids blockage to the victimization of humanitarian aid workers which is a big challenge to implement hope and cooperation to just expand a sustained collaboration between states to work together remains forwardly crucial to realize strategies through clear coordinations, and sustainable implementation of democracy, human rights and gender equality in the region of the Middle East. By implementing these strategies, we can help strengthen civil societies around the region to come together into reconciliation and lasting peace.

The repetitive attacks by some states evoked episodes of political violences and severe violations which are reflected on Humanitarian Law and International Law by deserving accountability and sanctions in return.

"No Scramble For MidEast" remains the accountability for civilian lives who get innocently lost their lives from armed conflicts in the Middle East,,especially women and children. Conflicted states must be accountable for the result of violences, so  they're today underscored, more warning than ever to imperatively set on a permanent ceasefire, states solution and liberation of any hostages for all conflicted parties are very essential to remove violence from the practice of politics and any kind of turbulence in the region must be taking an end to save and protect lives of peoples and to also ensure crimes and violations according to the UN Charter and the International human rights don't stay unpunished and unsanctioned.

Only a multilateral initiative can build a robust reconciliation and lasting peace in the region which is the core objective for implementing democracy, human rights and gender equality to the Middle East.

Featuring CSOs that continually have a wide range of impacts:
